Notice Concerning Record Amount of Rainfall in the Tohoku District

Prestige International Group would like to express our deepest sympathies to the people and families affected by the heavy rains in the Tohoku district since July 25, 2024. We sincerely hope for the early recovery of the areas affected by the disaster.
We would like to report on the effects of the heavy rainfall on the Group as of July 30, at 8:00 a.m. (JST), as follows.
The effects of the heavy rainfall
Safety status of employees
The Company has received reports of damage to some of our employees’ homes. However, no serious injuries have been reported.
Damage status of BPO centers
There was no major damage to the buildings and facilities of Akita BPO and Yamagata BPO and no situation that would hinder the continuation of business operations. Other BPO centers , (Niigata, Toyama and Iwate prefectures) and branches of group companies have also sustained no damage to their buildings or other facilities.
We will continue to operate our business with safety as our priority.
