Prestige International Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Tamagami; hereinafter “PI”) is pleased to announce that the Company has been certified as one of the Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health 2025 (Large Corporation Category) under the Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health Recognition Program, together with the Group subsidiaries, Prestige Core Solution inc. and Prestige Global Solution inc. This is the fourth consecutive year of certification since 2022.
The Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health Recognition Program is certification system awarded by the the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council) with the aim of creating an environment in which large companies, small and medium-sized companies, and other organizations that strategically practice health and productivity management that can be recognized by employees, potential employees, related companies or financial institution by considering the health management of their employees from a management perspective.
The PI Group believes that our employees are our most important asset, and that their health and the health of their families is the most important aspect of ensuring that they can work with enthusiasm. We have therefore declared our policy on Health and Productivity Management. Since 2021, as part of our Health and Productivity Management project, we have focused on a range of activities, including initiatives to promote women's health and preventive measures to help employees avoid illness. We will continue to work on establishing healthy practices and changing mindsets among our employees, and aim to become a global company where each and every employee can work comfortably and prosper together with the local community.
