Prestige International Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Tamagami; hereinafter “PI”) is pleased to announce that the details of the basic design for new office, Akita BPO Katagami Campus (provisional name) has been finalized and reported to Akita Prefecture and Katagami City.

The Akita BPO Katagami Campus (provisional name) has been designed with the concept of enriching the future of the region, and will be developed into an even more attractive area by creating an environment where women and young people can flourish in their local communities, enabling them to make the most of the area not only as a workplace, but also as a place where people can live and interact with each other.
The PI Group will continue to create jobs and revitalize the regions, as well as expand the business of the Group as a whole.

It is currently operating with 203 employees working at two locations in Katagami city as the Akita BPO Katagami Brunch, which was established in June 2023 in preparation for the opening.

＜General concept＞
「Hachirogata Cycle」
The lagoon called Hachirogata, adjacent to Katagami City, creates various natural “cycles” by circulating water and agricultural products and connecting with the surrounding environment. The theme of the work is the regional climate and cycles, including ripples on the calm surface of the water, footpaths that stretch to the horizon, and the changing seasons.

＜Major composition facility＞
「A PARK, Opens to The Local Community」
The exterior design of circles and gentle curves is inspired by the Hachirogata Lagoon and its ripples. The courtyard, named “PARK”, which connects to a café and in-office day care center is plan to use for a space for employees to relax and interact with local residents.
