Prestige International Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Tamagami) is pleased to announce the opening of the “Iwate BPO Fortress” in the city of Ichinoseki, Iwate Pref. on June 3, 2024.

Investment Amount: Approx. 2.5 billion yen
Total Number of Seats: Approx. 500 seats
Facilities: Cafeteria, training room, training gym, private power generation system, solar carports and in-office day care center, etc.
Iwate BPO Fortress is the first domestic BPO center opened by the Group on the Pacific side and has been operating as Iwate BPO Ichinoseki Branch since April 2021 as a temporary center with a capacity of 100 seats. The Group decided to open the center because it is easily accessible from surrounding areas by Shinkansen, a bullet train, and expects to attract a diverse workforce. We anticipate to hire 200 employees by the end of this fiscal year.

The Iwate BPO Fortress aims to play a role as a carbon neutral and IT Center for the Group, create and maintain employment in local cities, and contribute to regional development
